"Here's a pic of a car very similar to the Hudson roadster pictured on your site. The picture was taken at the 2003 Hudson Nationals in Madison, Wisconsin. Supposedly the car was originally built by the Barris Bros. (yeah, yeah, I know... weren't they all?) I also know a guy here in the Minneapolis area building a similar car.... The story goes that one of the Barris Bros. found this clean convertible body in the scrap yard in the early 50's, along with a new Rocket Olds that had been rolled. The wheels started turning, and the result is what you see here. The car has obviously been shortened & sectioned.  The current owner took out the Olds V-8 and replaced it with a built Hudson Hornet motor."
