LADY K... A CHOPPED 1953 KAISER

Maybe you've seen a photo or two of this car on this site before, but this is such a great car that I thought I'd go ahead and devote an entire page to "LadyK", Mano Forsman's wild Kustom Kaiser... Mano lives in Sweden, and has built quite a few cars, including both kustoms and restored cars.  Mano sent these photos a while back, although others can be found on his website ... THANKS AGAIN, MY FRIEND! BTW, what COLOR do you plan on painting her?  Better yet, sell her to ME, and I'll pick the colors!

If you're familiar with Kaisers, it won't take you long to recognize just how extensively this car has been modified... Mano, how on earth did you do all this???

LadyKintheHeavyNordicwinterweather1.bmp   And, yes, he drives her in the SNOW!
Kengine1.jpg   Lady K is powered by this 302, which is outfitted with 3 dueces...
ladyK_headlight_b1.jpg   Construction detail...
ladyK_headlight_a1.jpg   New headlight surround, nearly finished with ridges that are very similar to the stock bezel shape... How many hours went into this?
ladyK_detail.jpg   Clean front end, sporting some original Kaiser brightwork...
ladyksidew.jpg   Side view...
ladyKinDeepSnow_tm1.jpg   They must get a lot of snow...
3kaisers1.jpg   This photo gives us a little better idea of how extensive the modifications are relative to a restored Kaiser...
K.jpg   Specially crafted "LadyK" script, fashioned out of original emblems, but rearranged to some extent... I believe the "y", is actually an upside down "h" from a "Manhattan" piece...
